Why I started Cool Comfort
I spent 8 years working for a national HVAC chain, and every day I watched service techs being pushed to upsell customers who didn't need it. I watched people get talked into $4,000 system replacements when a $400 repair would do just fine.
In 2019, I started Cool Comfort because I believed Phoenix deserved better. I got my NATE certification, my ROC license, and spent six months building relationships with the vendors I trusted before I took my first customer call.
Four years later, I've built a team of four certified technicians, and we still operate by the same principle: give customers the information they need to make the right decision, not the decision that makes us the most money.
I live in Scottsdale with my husband and our two rescue dogs. This city is home, and I take that seriously.

Diagnose honestly
We find out what's actually wrong and tell you — even if it's not the most profitable answer. If a $300 capacitor will fix your AC for 5 more years, we'll say so.
Quote before we start
Every job gets a written quote before work begins. No "while I was in there" surprises. You approve the price, then we work.
Stand behind it
90-day labor warranty on all repairs. 1-year on installations. If something goes wrong, we come back. No questions, no charges.
